Q: How do I attach my Exercise Bands to the Dr Ho's MotionCiser unit?

The Exercise Bands are easy to install. Simply screw them into the side of the unit ensuring that they are secure.

Q: How should I position myself when using the Exercise Bands?

When using the exercise bands you need to position yourself in the following ways: 

  • Make sure you sit firmly on a chair without wheels or a sofa without high arm rests 
  • Take a seat with a straight back & chest forward
  • Place your feet on the Dr-Ho's MotionCiser & turn on the machine

IMPORTANT: it's important that your feet are placed on the Dr-Ho's MotionCiser as you use the exercise bands, to hold the machine to the ground.
